​After more than three decades of music, inclusivity, and community, the Melbourne Gay & Lesbian Chorus (MGLC) is excited to unveil our new name: Melbourne Pride Chorus (MPC).
From our beginnings as Alsounds in 1990 to becoming MGLC in 1995, we are excited to begin this new chapter.
To mark this incredible milestone, we’re hosting Encore: 35 Years of Pride, a concert celebrating our journey with a selection of the most beloved and meaningful songs from our 35-year history, chosen by our members. We welcome everyone—old friends and new—to join us for this memorable celebration of pride and music!
